We aim to register staff within 4 weeks of the interview process so you can be working flexible paid Nursing and Healthcare shifts as soon as possible.
Our recruitment process is set into 4 stages as follows:
Once you’ve contacted our consultants we’ll ask you to complete an application form.
Once we’ve received your completed application form we’ll invite you in for an in-depth face to face interview with either the Business Centre Manager or Team Leader. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for care, and crucially a chance for us to assess if you are a right fit for Southcroft.
DBS & References
After your interview with our consultant the next stage is to obtain your DBS and references. Every Southcroft staff member is DBS checked and a thorough reference check of the past 3 years of their work history and/or studying.
Pre-work training & Induction
The final stage is to undertake any necessary training and complete your induction. When we are ready to welcome someone to join the Southcroft team, they have been thoroughly vetted and trained in how to deliver the Southcroft service. Everyone completes the Southcroft induction programme before working their first shift.
